This article will explain how to Mirror (duplicate), Prepare a Layout (on a Mirrored Device),  and Remove the Mirroring on multiple Devices quickly on OnePass.

Login to OnePass and navigate to your NexSigns Licenses

1. Login to OnePass - (For more information, see How to access OnePass)

2. Click on Application then select NexSigns
   
   

   
   
   

3. You have successfully navigated to your NexSigns Licenses

Mirror some Devices to another

This enables users to display the active Layout on the Primary Device, on an unlimited number of Devices, without duplicating and maintaining multiple Layouts.

1. Select the Primary Device by clicking on any blank space in the data row
   

   
   
   The row will expand and display the details of the Primary Device
   
   

2. Select Mirroring
   

   
   
   

3. Select the Devices to Mirror
   

    
   
   
   

4. Click on Finish 
   
   

   
   
   

5. Mirroring is now complete and the Mirrored Devices will now play the Layout of the Primary Device
   
   

Prepare a Layout and Remove the Mirroring (from the Master License) 

For these instructions, the user must know the Master License of the mirrored device.  This will allow users to Prepare and Display a unique Layout on the previously Mirrored Device.  Once the device mirroring is removed, it will download the Prepared Layout.

Prepare a Layout (From the Master License)

1. Navigate to your NexSigns Licenses

2. Select the Primary Device by clicking on any blank space in the data row

3. Click on Prepare Layout on your desired Device
   
   

   
   
   

4. Complete the Desired Updates

   Open

   

5. Publish the Prepared Layout
   
   

Remove the Mirroring on a Device (from the Master License)

Once the device mirroring is removed, it will download the Prepared Layout.

1. Navigate to your NexSigns Licenses

2. Select the Primary Device by clicking on any blank space in the data row
   
   

   
   
   

3. Click on Remove Mirroring on your desired Device
   
   

   
   
   

4. The Mirroring has now been Removed from that Device
   
   

Prepare a Layout and Remove the Mirroring (from the License List) 

For these instructions, the user can search for a Mirrored Device from their entire License List.  This will allow users to Prepare and Display a unique Layout on a previously Mirrored Device.  Once the device mirroring is removed, it will download the Prepared Layout.

Prepare a Layout (From the License List)

1. Navigate to your NexSigns Licenses

2. Select Show Mirrored Licenses
   
   

   
   
   

3. Type in the Search Keyword (if necessary)
   

   
   
   

4. Click on Prepare Layout on your desired Device
   
   

   
   
   

5. Complete the Desired Updates

   Open

   

6. Publish the Prepared Layout
