Preview a Layout

This tutorial will provide instructions on how to Preview a Layout before Publishing it to Nano-PC device.

Important Info

The NexSigns Previewer is intended for users to view the orientation of the Layout and quickly preview Media on OnePass.  It loads on demand and will NOT display as professionally compared to NexSigns Digital Signage Hardware (Nano-PC) devices.

Preview a Layout (Screen Layouts)

  1. Login to OnePass - (For more information, see How to access OnePass)
  2. Click on Application then select NexSigns



  3. Select your desired Product License and click on Start Action



  4. Select your desired Layout, click on Action then select Preview Layout



  5. The NexSigns Previewer will display the Layout 



  6. Click on Close as desired

      

  7. You have successfully Previewed a Layout from the Screen Layouts page

Preview a Layout (Edit Screen Layout)

  1. Login to OnePass - (For more information, see How to access OnePass)
  2. Click on Application then select NexSigns



  3. Select your desired Product License and click on Start Action



  4. Select your desired Layout, click on Action then select Edit Layout



  5. Click on Preview

      

  6. The NexSigns Previewer will display the Layout 



  7. Click on Close as desired

      

  8. You have successfully Previewed a Layout from the Edit Screen Layout page
