These steps will help users configure the Wi-Fi Settings on Nano-PC4 devices using a USB Mouse from the NexSigns Engineer Menu.

Configuration requires a USB-C Adapter (included) and any standard Wired USB Mouse, Wireless USB Mouse, or Wireless KB Mouse Combo (not included).

Configure Wi-Fi Settings on the Nano-PC4 device - Engineer Menu

  1. Setup your Nano-PC4 - How to Setup your Nano-PC4 (Wi-Fi)
  2. Connect a Wired Mouse, Wireless Mouse, or a Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo
    1. Wired Mouse (Good) - insert the USB Cable into the USB-C Adapter, then insert the USB-C Adapter into Nano-PC4 (located on the side)

           

    2. Wireless Mouse (Better) - insert the USB Dongle into the USB-C Adapter, then insert the USB-C Adapter into Nano-PC4 (located on the side)

        

    3. Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo (Best) - insert the USB Dongle into the USB-C Adapter, then insert the USB-C Adapter into Nano-PC4 (located on the side) 

        


  3. Wait until the NexSigns App launches and press the Right Mouse Button to launch the NexSigns Engineer Menu

       

  4. Left Click on the Text Box below Wi-Fi SSID.  Use the On-Screen Keyboard or Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo to enter your Wireless Name (SSID).

    Note that the Wi-Fi SSID (Network Name) and Password are both case-sensitive and space-sensitive

     
      

  5. Left Click on the Text Box below Wi-Fi Password.  Use the On-Screen Keyboard or Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo to enter your Wireless Password.

       

  6. Left Click on Save Wi-Fi Settings

      

  7. Left Click on Reboot System

           

  8. Your Nano-PC4 will now Reboot



  9. Remove the USB-C Adapter and USB Mouse / USB Dongle from your Nano-PC4
  10. You are done!  When the Nano-PC4 device restarts, it will use the new Wi-Fi Settings
