OnePass natively supports PowerPoint (PPTX / PPT) files.  It will convert them into a Video Asset onto your OnePass account.

Login to OnePass and navigate to your Assets

1. Login to OnePass - (For more information, see How to access OnePass)
2. Click on Application then select NexSigns
   
   
   
   
3. Select your desired Product License and click on Start Action
   
   
   
   
4. Select Manage Asset located in the left menu
   
   
   
   Image Modified
   
   
5. You have successfully navigated to your Manage Assets page.

Upload PowerPoint- Tile Interface

1. Click on Upload

2. Enter a Name, Description, Drag and Drop or Choose a File, then select Upload File Now
   
    
   
   
3. The PowerPoint file has been successfully uploaded
   
   
   
   
4. An email will be sent when the conversion has started.
   
   
   
   
5. Another email will be sent once the conversion has completed
   
   
   
   
6. The converted file is now available as a Video Asset to your OnePass account

1. Click on Switch to Classic Interface
   
   
   
   Image Modified
   
   
2. Click on Upload Asset
   
   
   
   
3. Enter a Name, Description, Drag and Drop or Choose a File, then select Upload File Now
   
    
   
   
4. The PowerPoint file has been successfully uploaded.  An email will be sent when the conversion has started.
