If you are experiencing a real-time operational issue with one of our services that are not described below, please inform us by sending an email to support@kuusoft.com. All dates and times are Pacific Time (PST/PDT).

As of 10:03 AM, OnePass is experiencing a server-side error. We are aware of the issue and investigating. We will update here shortly.

We've successfully identified the problem and are currently working to resolve the issue with our data-center.

We are currently deploying a fix to remedy the situation. You may be experiencing errors intermittently as we are rolling up updates across all servers. We estimated it will take up to 15 minutes to bring all services back to normal status

We've restored all services and no longer detect any further outage. The server status is now in Good health condition.

If you are still experiencing the problem, please close your browser and log in again with a new session. If the problem still persists, please contact Kuusoft Support Team.
