Edit and Publish a Multimedia Playlist

This tutorial will provide instructions on the fastest way to Add, Modify, or Remove media to an existing Multimedia Playlist and Publish it to your Nano-PC device.

Edit and Publish a Multimedia Playlist

  1. Login to OnePass - (For more information, see How to access OnePass)

  2. Click on Application then select NexSigns




  3. Select your desired Product License and click on Start Action




  4. Select your desired Layout, click on Action then select Edit Layout




  5. Click on View Container then select View Channel

     
     


  6. The Multimedia Playlist will open in a new Web Browser Tab

      


  7. Add, Modify, or Remove the desired Media

+ Add Video - add a previously uploaded Video from your OnePass Asset Library (MP4)

+ Add Image - add a previously uploaded Image from your OnePass Asset Library (JPG / JPEG / PNG)

+ Add Website - display a website for a specified amount of seconds

+ Add Multimedia Channel - add a playlist from your OnePass account

+ Add Connection Token - add a shared playlist from another OnePass account

+ Add Template - add a template from the current license

+ Upload New Asset - upload a new asset from your local computer to OnePass and add it to the playlist



  

Repeat Step 7 as desired

  1. Navigate to the original (Edit Screen Layout) Web Browser Tab and select Publish
