If your base firmware is #5048 (pre-2024)

  • The Video Input channel will only support up to 720p resolution.

  • This update may reboot 2-3 times. This is completely normal.

 

How to get 1080p resolution?

To get 1080p resolution, you will need to upgrade your firmware with build #5509 or higher.
